Hey, my name is Meredith Avila and this is my portfolio. My name is Meredith Avila and I am currently the EC Career Development Coordinator at Union Academy in Monroe, North Carolina. I started working in Career Development in 2008 at Ability Beyond in Bethel, Connecticut. Since then I have worked in the field in both Florida, New Jersey and most recently North Carolina.
I am truly passionate about my career and I even received the New Employee of the Year when working as the General Manager of Employment at NJADB in Somerset, New Jersey. My goal throughout my career has been to assist individuals with their career goals while becoming independent.
When I am not working I enjoy going on walking trails or a good road trip. Life is an adventure and I like to enjoy every moment of it.
